How to measure

Measurement Guide For Dresses

When using a measuring tape, be sure to keep it slightly loose to allow for breathing room. It's easier to alter a dress that's too big than one that's too small.

When taking measurements, wear an unpadded bra or a shapewear that you plan to wear with the dress.

  1. Bust - Wear the bra you will be wearing with the dress (or an unpadded bra, since our dresses typically have a built-in bra), and pull the tape across the fullest part of the bust.
  2. Waist - Bend to one side to find the crease, that's your natural waist. Pull tape across the narrowest part and keep tape slightly loose to allow for breathing room.
  3. Hip - Stand straight and pull tape across the widest part of the hips and rear.
  4. Hollow to Floor - Stand straight with bare feet together and measure from the center of the collarbone to the floor.
  5. Height (Bare Foot) - Stand straight with bare feet together and measure from the top of the head to the floor.

Returns

  • For Standard Size Orders We will issue a full refund if the dress doesn't fit. The shipping and rush fee will not be refunded however. Regarding free shipping items, extra restocking fee 10% will be charged for each refund item. The freight charges of shipping the dress back will be also borne by you, so please tripe check your measurement and color before placing the order.
  • For Customized Orders Customized dresses are made specifically for you and no one else will be able to wear it. So sorry to let you know we are unable to accept returns on custom dress.
  • How to Return

    Please submit a return request via email within 31 days of receiving your order to make sure you are eligible for a return. Returns made after 31 days will not be accepted.

    Please supply photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problems, including quality issues, damage during shipping, color/ style/ size errors.

    All returned items must be in original condition, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and with the original tags and packaging. Please note:
