Carlyna offers two shipping options:

1. Standard Shipping

  • Free for the following countries: United Kingdom, France, Germany, United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine.
  • UK delivery typically takes 6–10 business days from dispatch. International delivery usually takes 10–16 business days, depending on your location.
  • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track your parcel via YunExpress or DHL (links provided in the email).

2. Express Shipping

  • Available at an additional cost.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days for UK orders, and 5–10 business days for international orders.

Note: Dispatch times may vary during peak seasons. We strive to ship all orders promptly, but delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.

⏱️ Production Time

  • Bridesmaid Dresses: 9–16 days
  • Prom/Evening Dresses: 9–16 days
  • We start processing your order within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Orders may not be cancelled once production has started, as fabrics are cut to your order. For full cancellation details, please see our Return & Cancellation Policy.

💰 Duties, Taxes & Fees

  • UK orders: VAT is included in the product price.
  • International orders: Customs duties or taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility. Once collected, customs fees cannot be refunded.
  • Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure about import fees.

  • Shipping times are estimated. Delays may occur due to customs, public holidays, or carrier issues.
